Panakam is an Indian Enery drink. It is prepared from Jaggery, dry ginger, lemon juice, cardamom powder and salt. It is usually prepared on Rama Navami. Rama is Seventh incarnation of God Vishnu. Sri Rama Navami is a celebration of birth of Lord Rama. Panagam and Neer Mor are special festival recipes of Rama Navami. Jaggery

Instructions:
- Soak 1/4 Cup of Jaggery in 1.5 cups of water.It took 10 minutes to dissolve whole jaggery Filter Jaggery water using hand strainer to remove impurities.
- Add lemon juice, cardamom, salt and dry ginger powder( Powdered the dry ginger shown in picture). Mix well
- Serve chill. If needed add ice cubes while serving.
Tips:
Cardamom can be replaced with a pinch of cardamom powder.
